Our Policies & Procedures help us maintain respect & integrity in our business and with you - our students and members. We ask that you help us to maintain a high level of professionalism by honoring the terms of all contracts that you sign. We are not in the position to make exceptions that are contrary to the terms of a signed contract. We welcome you to come to the studio and try out a class! Please note for drop in students we accept cash, check, or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only).
Memberships are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-refundable. Memberships contracts are for a duration of three months and absent notice from you, they will automatically renew. The membership entitles you to take unlimited classes at Ja’Makin Me Dance Fitness Studio. Yoga, Mini Jammers/Zumbatomic® and some Specialty classes are NOT included in the unlimited class package.
In the event of an extended (more than one month) absence due to medical reasons, membership may be placed on hold by contacting us. Please notify us in writing and decisions regarding holds will be made on a case-by-case basis.
All class card packages expire 60 days from the date of purchase. Class cards cannot be shared. If you are unable to complete your package in the allotted time due to medical reasons, you must notify the studio via mail or email prior to the expiration date of your class card.
Each class provides a warm up and series of stretches to get your cardiovascular system and muscles ready for your workout and to prevent serious injury. For that reason and for your safety please do your utmost to arrive at class on time or at least no more than 15 minutes late.
Out of respect for our students, observers are not permitted in class. Non participating guests ages 15 and older are required to wait in the lobby area.
